Sign up for FREE today to begin downloading materials from the Learnest Library.

All you need is some Beans credit on your account, which students use to purchase their materials. We’ll gift you 20 Beans just for starters when you sign up.

Teacher and Student Accounts can be set up very quickly. We just need you to provide a few details and let us know what accounts you need and when you’d like to begin using our Library.

When users delve into the Library, they find that all materials are priced in Beans, our child-friendly currency.

Click on any product’s grey button with “Get for X Beans” to purchase it, and add it to My Collection. If the product has already been purchased, the grey button will read “You have this item!” and completely blocks repeat purchases.

To view the purchased materials, go to My Collection where all the user’s materials will be saved and always ready for download.

Family Accounts have a Bean balance that the student user can spend on materials. Topping up the balance is easy and we happily reward students with bonus Beans at certain milestones.

All accounts on a School or Tutor Licence will receive ‘infinite’ Bean status, granting them unlimited access to the Library and negating the top-up process.

All Learnest Library materials are priced in Beans, our child-friendly currency. Your Learnest Bean balance is displayed when you’re logged in, and they do not expire.

Family Account holders can credit their Bean balance on the Your Beans page.

Most (if not all) accounts on a School or Tutor Licence will receive ‘infinite’ Bean status, granting them unlimited access to the Library and negating the top-up process.

Add credit to your Bean balance on the Your Beans page. The credit will be available immediately after checkout.

Similar to cash-back offers, for every 50 Beans spent in the Learnest Library, we will automatically bonus your account with 5 beans as a reward for your student’s endeavours. That’s 10%!

With materials displayed on a handheld or wall-mounted screen, users are encouraged to tap, scroll and zoom from cell to cell.

Users can view materials on any digital device (computer, tablet or smartphone). They’re also perfectly printable if you prefer.

All of our materials are supplied as digital files, easily downloadable and accessible to everyone with any Smart device.

We use a universal file format (PDF) so files are lightweight and easy to open. PDFs are compatible with any device, and present a clear crisp resolution on small and large screens alike.

All of our downloadable materials are provided as PDF files, a universally common document type (Portable Document Format).

You can open them easily on any device with applications such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Edge (for PCs), or Preview (for Mac).

Digital devices have default, native software that requires no special, extra app or installations to open PDF files.

While we believe the majority of Learnest materials are best experienced on screen, with all the benefits that entails, every file is printable.

Our study materials are extremely colourful and each is filled top to bottom with education and entertainment. As such they are not exactly designed for ultra-economical printing. However, you do have the option to print any Learnest material.

Our Comprehensions and Creative Writing materials, Recap Tests and Spelling Tests, actually, we would encourage you to print so children continue to practice pen and paper skills. Our writing and test materials are all designed for economical printing.

Please note that any distribution of printed material is prohibited.

The materials downloaded via an account are for the account holder’s use only. They may not share files with others by any means.

There are two exceptions:

1. Teacher and Tutor Accounts are for the purpose of teaching to and sharing with their students.

2. We encourage Family users to share access with all children in their household.

Account holders may download files as many times as needed, and onto any device(s) they own for their own use.

Learnest account holders log in using an email address and password.

Users can create a unique display name for themselves on the My Account page, as an alternative to your First Name and Last Name details.

Passwords are S3cr3tz.

TIP:
Do not access the Manage My Account tab on the My Account page when others are present.

Resetting of passwords is via the Manage My Account tab on the My Account page.

Forgotten passwords can be overcome by the usual means at any time on the My Account page, also via the Manage My Account tab.

Go to My Account and click one of the Log Out buttons.

•

Once logged in, go to the Manage My Account tab on the My Account page.

There, users can perform the following:

• reset passwords or edit the billing address
• set a Display Name for their account
• access all of your materials in My Collection
• view your full order history
• top-up a Family Account

The account’s email address can also be changed, but it is not advised and frequency is restricted.

All accounts have a My Collection page, which displays all purchases and offers filters to help students find specific titles quickly.

When users purchase an item, it is automatically saved to My Collection, where they can view or download purchased materials any time.

All accounts have a My Collection page where a user’s purchases are automatically saved.

Users can download any of their items from My Collection, any time and as many times as needed.

Once downloaded, the digital files can be viewed online and offline. They can also be written on, renamed and saved as a new file.

To print materials, users will need to download the file(s).
